The Municipal Court administers justice when Campbell municipal ordinances and state misdemeanor statutes are violated and when petty offenses occur in the City of Campbell.

The Court also resolves disputes between citizens in civil actions filed in its civil division. The Municipal Court is dedicated to providing effective and convenient services to the citizens of the city.
